We recently had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the town and close to the Rheinberg War Cemetery. The room was incredibly comfortable and spacious, with a separate sitting area and all the necessary amenities such as a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, providing helpful advice and excellent service. We were also pleasantly surprised by the interesting and quirky art and decor throughout the hotel, adding a unique touch to our experience.

We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends. The location, service, and quality of this place are truly exceptional.

The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also good, with plenty of options to choose from. The location was great, with many restaurants and shops nearby.

The staff was not very friendly or accommodating. They seemed bothered by any questions or requests we had, and made us feel unwelcome.

Located in the heart of a small town, this hotel offers the perfect location for exploring the surroundings. the clean and spacious rooms were accompanied by friendly, English, speaking staff who went out of their way to ensure the guests' comfort. German, quality breakfast and quirky art decor were among the highlights of the stay, as well as hassle, free parking and easily accessible errands.

The only downfall was the unsatisfying taxi services in the nearby area, which caused some inconvenience.

I particularly enjoyed the delicious German-style breakfast, a great way to start the day. I also appreciated the convenient parking options, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area without worrying about my car.

That some of the information provided in the room was not in English, making it a bit difficult to navigate certain aspects of the hotel. everything else more than made up for this minor inconvenience.
